• Act as project lead for the delivery of recurring HR services and core processes (e.g., P&C process, EX Survey, Goal setting).
• Deliver expert coaching and consulting to senior management and employees to drive a high-performance culture.
• Build manager capability through coaching and facilitation of various training programs across client groups and regions.
• Provide guidance and coaching on HR and talent programs, including merit, performance review, performance improvement, talent planning, talent development, succession planning, and other core talent processes.
• Ensure delivery of a sustainable, consistent employee experience that is aligned with the HR strategy and employee value proposition. Escalate feedback to People Services teams, as needed.
• Understand business requests and partner with other HR leaders to determine the most effective solution, execution approach, and course of action.
• Continuously monitor the performance of HR programs locally and serve as the voice of the business with COEs by providing real-time feedback, when needed. Effectively articulate business requirements and needs to People Services and COE teams.
• Participate in various HR projects across recruiting, performance management, playbook development, program and policy development and implementation, and other priority initiatives.
• Proactively leverage data and dashboards to assess trends, identify issues and themes, and develop data-driven insights and solutions for supported client groups.
• Act as the local "face of HR" for locations with large employee populations, providing feedback and input when necessary and escalating issues, as needed.
• Leverage technology and defined processes to deliver services globally. Use AI fluently and responsibly as part of everyday work, partnering with AI to generate insights, improve productivity, and deliver stronger outcomes across business priorities.
