Your Job

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for our Global Sales and Marketing (GSM) organization, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping align talent strategies with business objectives while fostering an engaging, high-performing culture. This role offers the opportunity to influence key business outcomes through strategic partnership, leadership coaching, talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. You will work closely with leaders to develop leadership capability, advance talent strategies, and foster employee engagement, helping teams and the broader organization achieve their goals.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with leaders across the Global Sales and Marketing organization to align talent strategies with business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and change management initiatives.
  • Coach leaders through performance management, employee development, and other people-related decisions.
  • Lead and support key talent processes, including talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and retention strategies.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
  • Partner with compensation, benefits, and HR centers of excellence to support total rewards programs and talent initiatives.
  • Utilize data, analytics, and employee insights to inform decisions and measure the effectiveness of people strategies.
  • Champion Molex's culture and values while helping create an engaging, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Experience serving as an HR Business Partner or HR professional supporting business leaders.
  • Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, including California employment regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience supporting sales, marketing, customer service, or other commercial organizations.
  • Experience coaching and developing frontline leaders.
  • Experience working within a global manufacturing, technology, or industrial organization.

For this role, we anticipate paying $130,000 - $170,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
