Full Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to support a Fab location in a fast-paced environment. You will be partnering with the leadership teams and organizations to develop the HR plans for growing, retaining and engaging the team. In addition to acting as a trusted partner, you will work with a global HR team to plan and deliver programs. The right candidate is self-motivated, engaging and able to support the business to reach their strategic objectives. This position is required to be onsite 5 days a week, with flexibility to support employees on multiple shifts.
Responsibilities:
• Lead activities to support a productive work environment, such as coaching and development planning, investigating and resolving employee relations issues, compensation planning, hiring and retention of talented employees, and encouraging open, productive dialogue between managers, employees and other partners.
• Analysis of engagement data and partnering with leadership to ensure actions are taken to improve employee engagement and focus on enhancing employee experience and culture.
• Professionally resolve employee relations and help manage employee leaves.
• Implement and support HR programs, processes and initiatives such as performance management, compensation, employee development, succession, and support recruitment to align with business strategy.
• Review and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and engagement
• Prepare and present HR topics at staff meetings and All Hands
• Contribute to the continued improvement of HR programs, processes and planning within the company.
Qualifications:
• BA in HR, or related field and/or experience
• 5+ years of broad HR experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent supporting leadership and managers
• Knowledge of California employment legislation, in relation to employee relations, benefits and leaves.
• Must be willing to challenge point-of-views when necessary and offer alternative, constructive suggestions.
• Ability to coach, mentor and advise where appropriate to help team members grow and develop in alignment with business and personal goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional analytical skills
Pay Range:
P50-USA-1 :$97,050.00 - $138,650.00
