HR Manager – Solutions (International Role)
You play a critical role in enabling our business strategy by providing full-cycle Human Resources leadership in a truly international environment. In this role, you partner closely with senior business leaders in the Americas and locally at the Hudson site, while being part of a Sweden‑based management structure. You operate at both strategic and operational levels, helping leaders drive performance, build strong organizational culture, and develop future talent across borders.
This is a highly visible role within a global HR team supporting around 1,200 employees in 30+ countries, ideal for someone motivated by complexity, collaboration, and impact in an international matrix organization. You will join a collaborative HR team that values trust, professionalism, practical solutions, and close partnership with the business.
What you’ll do
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to senior business leaders in the Americas and globally on people, culture, and organizational effectiveness
- Use data-driven insights to influence decisions and deliver practical human resources solutions
- Lead workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning for critical roles
- Drive performance management, talent reviews, and reward processes aligned to business priorities
- Partner with leaders on employee engagement, change initiatives, and cultural development
- Manage employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment law and mitigation of risk
- Oversee recruiting and selection processes, ensuring quality, fairness, and integrity
- Lead, coach, and develop 1–2 Human Resources Business Partners based in the US
What you need
- Strong coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to operate effectively in an international, matrix organization
- Experience across employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational development
- Ability to use digital and AI-enabled tools to improve HR effectiveness
- Confidence in designing and facilitating training sessions for senior managers
- Experience working with compensation frameworks and job architecture
- Leadership experience, including people management – preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken
- Willingness to work primarily on-site five days per week, with some flexibility
