Position Summarya
The responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to:a
- Fostering relationships with existing clients, while cultivating new relationships to drive organizational growth and strength through our public works portfolioa with a focus on municipal and county clientsa
- Identifyingaand pursuing projects in theamunicipal andaroads & highways marketsa that align with our current and future servicesa
- Mentoring and supporting other project managers, engineers,aand techniciansa
- Monitoring and tracking project budgets, staffautilizationaand financial targetsa
- Leadingapublic worksaprojects of various complexity, scope,ascaleaand budgetsa
- Lead the process of responding to requests for proposals for professional engineering services from clientsa
- Lead public meetings and be a communication resource for public interactionsa

Minimum Qualificationsa
- Bachelor27s Degree in Civil Engineeringa from an ABET accredited collegea
- 8+ years of Civil Engineering experiencea
- Working knowledge of MnDOTastate-aidaand Minnesota local agency specifications, designapracticesaand project assembly requirementsa
- Professional Engineer licensurea
- Ability to evaluate, plan, direct, manage, communicate,aengageaand oversee projects with varying degrees of complexitya
- Strong written and verbal communication skillsa

Salary Rangea
- This position27s anticipated base salary range isa$115,000- $139,000aannually.aaThis position is eligible for year-end bonuses. Offer will beadeterminedabased on the selected candidate27s experience, knowledge,askillsaand abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.a
