Position Summarya

The responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to:a

• Fostering relationships with existing clients, while cultivating new relationships to drive organizational growth and strength through our public works portfolioa with a focus on municipal and county clientsa

• Identifyingaand pursuing projects in theamunicipal andaroads & highways marketsa that align with our current and future servicesa

• Mentoring and supporting other project managers, engineers,aand techniciansa

• Monitoring and tracking project budgets, staffautilizationaand financial targetsa

• Leadingapublic worksaprojects of various complexity, scope,ascaleaand budgetsa

• Lead the process of responding to requests for proposals for professional engineering services from clientsa

• Lead public meetings and be a communication resource for public interactionsa

Minimum Qualificationsa

• Bachelor27s Degree in Civil Engineeringa from an ABET accredited collegea

• 8+ years of Civil Engineering experiencea

• Working knowledge of MnDOTastate-aidaand Minnesota local agency specifications, designapracticesaand project assembly requirementsa

• Professional Engineer licensurea

• Ability to evaluate, plan, direct, manage, communicate,aengageaand oversee projects with varying degrees of complexitya

• Strong written and verbal communication skillsa

Salary Rangea

• This position27s anticipated base salary range isa$115,000- $139,000aannually.aaThis position is eligible for year-end bonuses. Offer will beadeterminedabased on the selected candidate27s experience, knowledge,askillsaand abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.a
