About the role: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our McLean, VA office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of HR experience and a strong background in a tech startup environment. This role will focus primarily on human resources management while also involving aspects of recruitment and office management.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources (60%):
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with the company's goals

Recruiting (30%):
  • Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
  • Utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the tech industry

Office Management (10%):
  • Coordinate office maintenance, supplies, and logistics to ensure a productive work environment
