Draft, propose, document, and enforce compliance with standard operating procedures and internal HR policies. Prepare regular HR and payroll reports and assist with continuous process improvement projects. Qualifications Payroll Background: Minimum 3 years of hands-on payroll processing experience, including ERP journal entries, reconciliations, and compliance. HR Expertise: Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and employee relations.
