Position Summary

The HR Business Partner provides thought partnership and hands-on support to stakeholders across employee and labor relations, performance management, talent management, coaching, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and HR compliance. The HRBP executes people initiatives, delivers strong internal customer support, and drives HR functional excellence and process improvements in an operations environment.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to address employee/labor relations, performance, and engagement; investigate issues and recommend remedies.
  • Administer HR policies and programs; ensure compliance with employment and labor laws; coordinate internal HR audits.
  • Support recruiting for frontline and professional roles; facilitate requisitions, screening, interviewing, and hiring recommendations in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
  • Coordinate onboarding and training; support coaching and development for managers and employees.
  • Conduct basic-to-advanced compensation analysis for internal and market equity; support merit and incentive processes in partnership with Compensation.
  • Manage HRIS and payroll transactions (e.g., UKG/Ultipro, SuccessFactors); ensure data integrity and timely processing.
  • Develop dashboards and reports; use workforce analytics (turnover, absenteeism, time-to-fill) to inform actions.
  • Lead and contribute to projects and continuous improvement efforts; document and improve HR processes.
  • Communicate effectively across multi-shift environments; support culture-building and employee engagement programs.


Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing/operations preferred.
  • Qualified, experienced professional with strong analytical skills and effective problem-solving techniques.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the business; ability to convert insights into practical actions.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., SuccessFactors and UKG/Ultipro) and Microsoft Office.


Working Conditions and Travel

Domestic travel to supported sites as needed; on-site presence required in a multi-shift manufacturing environment.

U.S. Market-Based Salary Range

HR Business Partner

[$85,400.00 - $110,900.00]

In addition to base compensation, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and profit-sharing payout.
