Full Job Description
As a Home Guardian - Field Sales & Service Manager, your job is to build and lead the team that makes that promise real-day in, day out, across every neighborhood in your territory.

This isn't a behind-the-desk leadership role. You're in the field alongside your team, modeling what great customer engagement looks like, demonstrating best-in-class service delivery, and showing-not just telling-what it means to be a true Home Guardian. You'll drive new customer acquisition, strengthen service retention, and serve as the critical link between boots-on-the-ground execution and branch-level growth.

You'll directly supervise a team of field sales and service professionals, developing their skills, holding the standard high, and pushing everyone-including yourself-to keep improving. You report to the Regional Manager and operate as a key driver of your branch's success.

The right person for this role leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced outdoor environment, and genuinely believes that protecting a family's home is worth doing right. If you're the kind of leader who builds people up while delivering results, and you want to be part of something bigger than a sales quota-this is your role.

  • Conduct in-home visits and consultations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate pest control products or service plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and ongoing service relationship, resolving complaints and inquiries promptly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining positive, professional relationships and following up on service outcomes.
  • Document customer interactions, service records, and sales activity accurately in the company's CRM system.
  • Operate a company vehicle to travel between customer locations daily, adhering to all traffic laws, Go-Forth vehicle use policies, and applicable state regulations.
