Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• In-depth knowledge of sales, marketing, and hospitality principles.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute dynamic sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment.
• Develop budgets and forecasts to guide property performance.
• Conduct engaging sales calls, tours, and client meetings.
• Support the General Manager in operational and ambassadorial duties across the hotel.
