KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Money Maestro: Rock monthly reports, P&L charts, and keep everyone in tune with accurate numbers and timely updates.
  • Budget Boss: Lead budget planning and forecasting with flair, giving department heads the right tools to hit all the high notes.
  • Audit Ace: Keep payroll, audits, and cash management on beat-protecting our assets like a financial superhero.
  • Profit Power-Up: Maximize profits by managing capital expenses and ensuring our accounting game stays strong and compliant.
  • Team Cheerleader: Inspire and mentor the finance squad, sparking collaboration and sharp money sense across the crew.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 5 years in financial leadership, or comparable progressive hotel finance experience.
  • Extensive background in budgeting, forecasting, P&L reporting, account reconciliation, and strong analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, POS/PMS systems, and proven leadership and communication abilities for team development and presentations.
