About the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll own strategy, execution, budget allocation, and team building. You'll be the engine that drives qualified leads to Sales, managing a monthly marketing budget of over €400,000. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing, creative strategy, and people leadership.

What You'll Do
  • Own the full marketing function - strategy, execution, KPIs, and results.
  • Manage and allocate a monthly marketing budget exceeding €400,000.
  • Drive qualified lead generation as the primary KPI in support of the Sales team.
  • Define marketing strategy, priorities, and KPI frameworks across all channels (paid, organic, email, social, SEO, personal branding).
  • Lead media buying and performance marketing scaling efforts in close collaboration with performance marketing specialists.
  • Develop and iterate on creative and content strategies, including testing frameworks for ads, landing pages, and funnels.
  • Own website copy, customer journey design, messaging architecture, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Optimize newsletter and automated email flows for engagement and conversion.
  • Build and manage the marketing team - hiring strategically to remove bottlenecks and scale capacity.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and market expansions.
  • Drive influencer partnerships and social/content initiatives.
What We're Looking For

Must-haves:
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with progressive leadership responsibility.
  • Proven track record managing total marketing budgets exceeding €500,000/month.
  • Experience leading an end-to-end marketing function: building and managing a team, setting strategy, and owning cross-channel KPIs.
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing and media buying at scale (high-volume ad spend).
  • Strong experience with conversion rate optimization - website copy, landing pages, customer journeys, and messaging.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing, including newsletters and automated flows.
  • Experience planning and executing GTM strategies.
  • Experience with influencer partnerships and social/content initiatives.
  • Solid grasp of KPI frameworks, attribution models, and tracking for SEO, social, and personal branding.
  • A hands-on operator mindset - able to scale a team while staying accountable for execution.

Nice to have:
  • Background in B2B SaaS or e-commerce.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $120,000 - $200,000 annually (or equivalent, depending on currency and negotiation)

Location
