  • Evaluate legacy applications and determine platform replacements.
  • Develop and execute migration roadmaps with minimal business disruption.
  • Ensure historical data remains available for reporting, compliance, and analytics.

Salesforce Leadership

  • Manage technology investments and operating budgets.

Cybersecurity & Risk Management
  • Own identity and access management strategy.
  • Partner with cybersecurity, compliance, and infrastructure stakeholders.
  • Support business continuity, disaster recovery, audit readiness, and privacy initiatives.

Engineering Leadership
  • Coach and develop a team transitioning from software development to platform engineering and systems integration.
  • Foster a culture focused on business outcomes, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Innovation & AI
  • Evaluate automation, AI, and emerging technologies.
  • Implement practical solutions that improve business performance and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
