The leader will be entrusted with leading a team of established sellers covering index linked investments inclusive of ETFs, mutual funds, SMA, and direct indexing solution.
The role will require the individual to:
- Collaborate with the head of index wealth, and the broader LSEG organization to ensure acceleration of index education, and asset based revenue growth
- Strong people leader that leads a high engagement culture, consistently meeting with clients with product
- Partner with the product and marketing organizations to ensure we elevate our brand and products with alignment to strategic priorities
- Hard working mentality, with the ability to motivate and inspire people within the organization towards a positive strategic vision!
- Develop people and be willing to be the driving force of change
- Experience in media and leading flagships events catering to ETFs
- Strong network amongst senior decision makers at the largest ETF issuers
- Strong comprehension of investment themes, and asset allocation
- Ability to present and communicate well with executive leadership
- Member of the regional leadership team
- Willingness to travel 50%+

Compensation/Benefits Information:LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $174,500 - $290,900.
Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
