Full Job Description
What you'll be responsible for
  • Own the hospitality or retail hardware portfolio end-to-end-what we sell, where we sell it, and how it evolves over time (launch → scale → lifecycle management → deprecation).
  • Define and land a multi-quarter roadmap aligned to the broader Hardware strategy, manage dependencies, and drive delivery to measurable outcomes.
  • Lead new initiatives through the full lifecycle: discovery → PRDs/requirements → vendor selection → validation/testing → launch → iteration and in-field support.
  • Spend time with merchants (owners/managers/staff) to uncover workflow friction and translate insights into roadmap priorities.
  • Drive supplier accountability across feature set, quality, cost, and lead times, using field signals (RMAs/tickets) to close the loop on corrective actions.
  • Lead by influence teams across Product, Design, Hardware Ops, Support, GTM, Finance, and Legal to execute launches cleanly and improve portfolio profitability.

What you'll be bringing to the team
  • 5+ years as a Product Manager in a hardware or hardware-enabled SaaS environment (devices/peripherals/accessories), with at least 1-2 launches shipped end-to-end
  • Demonstrated ownership of the full hardware lifecycle: Discovery → Requirements → Selection → Testing→ Launch → Iteration → Deprecation
  • Direct experience Hospitality workflows: Payments, POS, Mobile POS, Kitchen Display Systems, Kiosk, Networking
  • Cross-functional leadership across Product, Design, Ops/Supply Chain, Support, GTM

These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We reasonably expect the total compensation for this position to be in the range of 135-145k CAD.
