Hardware Engineer 1 - CSG Engineering Rotation Program

Join us as a Hardware Engineer of the Hardware Engineering Rotation Program within the Client Solutions Group team in Austin, Texas to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

You will:
  • Shape the future of Dell Client Products by contributing directly to the design and development of our next generation of Notebooks and Desktops - the devices millions of people around the world rely on every day
  • Bring new technologies to life by researching, prototyping, and developing key innovations that push the boundaries of what our products can do - from concept to customer-ready hardware
  • Build real engineering expertise across multiple disciplines through three purposeful rotations that expose you to different projects, product lines, and technical challenges - giving you a breadth of experience most early-career engineers take years to accumulate
  • Own meaningful work from day one by completing engineering assignments that span new product launches, platform enhancements, and cost-driven design trade-offs that influence how award-winning products make it from the lab to the market

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this position is $85,502-$110,649.
