Job Description:

1. Integration Development
  • Design and implement integrations between Guidewire InsuranceSuite and third-party systems such as payment platforms, data warehouses, and document management systems
  • Develop custom integration components using Guidewire Cloud APIs, REST APIs, Integration Gateway (IG) Apps, and App Events
  • Configure messaging patterns, including point-to-point, publish/subscribe, and event-driven architectures

2. Middleware & System Design
  • Work with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Apache Camel, or similar technologies for data exchange
  • Design reusable and scalable integration templates aligned with enterprise architecture
  • Optimize integration pipelines for performance, scalability, and fault tolerance

3. Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Partner with business analysts and architects to translate integration requirements into technical designs
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure seamless data flow across systems
  • Support stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by troubleshooting and refining integrations

4. Data Mapping & Transformation
  • Define and implement data mapping and transformation rules for interoperability between systems
  • Manage data enrichment, validation, and consistency within integration workflows

5. Monitoring & Troubleshooting
  • Monitor integration performance and proactively identify bottlenecks
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures in production environments
  • Implement robust logging, error handling, and notification mechanisms

6. Documentation & Standards
  • Maintain comprehensive integration documentation, including technical designs, APIs, and data flow diagrams
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, development guidelines, and best practices
  • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor junior developers

7. Upgrades & Enhancements
  • Support upgrades of Guidewire modules and ensure compatibility with existing integrations
  • Implement enhancements to improve performance and meet evolving business needs


The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $ 118779 to $157606/Per annum.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
