The Go-To-Market Evolution Team sits at the heart of the end-to-end value chain transformation of how lululemon operates. We are accountable for architecting the future-state vision and GTM engine while providing strategic support, evaluating & driving synergies, to drive discipled, measurable progress to deliver that vision.

We are experts in how all of the functional processes come together to make up our go-to-market value chain. This provides us the unique ability to bring voice to trade-offs as we identify, design, and deliver evolutions that are best for the business, our teams, and our guest.

We always have the guest in mind when we identify, and drive integration needs across the value chain and make recommendations for action in alignment with the Company's overall strategy. The team members are essential thought partners with several areas of the Company, including executive leadership, global brand, regional brand, merchandising, planning, design, supply chain and other functions that support how we create and sell our product.

This means taking a holistic approach to meet our guest expectations by improving our GTM engine, including processes and timelines, establish a KPI driven approach on how we go to market that complements our creativity, and increase our partner collaboration while yielding higher quality processes, better strategy integration and an authentic engagement with all involved parties.

The selected candidate will be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and team leader who can provide drive future growth opportunities, along with strategic direction and prioritization while integrating cross-functional strategies into the GTM process.

core responsibilities

This person will ensure on-time delivery of work-streams, raise risks and flags to the GTM Evolution leadership team as well as lead complex and impactful initiatives and work-streams underneath the overall transformation umbrella. They will support the Director, GTM Evolution in exec reporting, materials, updates, and other documentation as needed and will support effective decision making.
  • Each day will look different in your project-based role, including activities like clarifying strategic questions, design solutions, project managing your work stream, and document creation.
  • Enhance the GTM process by identifying strategic decisions, desired process, and tooling capabilities and solutions, with the entire value chain in mind.
  • Build trusted relationships at many levels of the organization to provide clarity and garner buy-in for ongoing initiatives.
  • Act as an internal advisor to cross-functional leaders to define the problem, develop options, and design solutions.
  • Conduct and/or guide detailed operational process mapping and capability modelling.
  • Collaborate with other teams involved in business transformation programs - including enterprise transformation, product management, change management, communications, learning/training, org design, etc. to plan and deliver against transformation objectives on-time and on-budget
qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ yrs of relevant professional experience in this field of work, including consulting and/or direct business management
  • Demonstrated people management experience is required, gained through formal leadership positions or by leading cross-functional or project-based teams
  • Deep understanding of apparel value chain, specifically Product Creation Value Chain
  • Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills to drive alignment and innovative solutions
  • Ability to drive problem solving process: frames problems, guides analytical modelling, and through analysis provides insights into solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement and increased efficiency and effectiveness as business needs shifts
  • Proven track record of building relationships, establishing rapport, credibility and trust
  • Self-motivated, passionate, detail-oriented, multi-tasker extraordinaire who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Resourceful, able to navigate an organization independently and comfortable with ambiguity

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$116,000 - 152,600 CAD annually;the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
