Where does this role fit in?As a GTM Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing AI-native automations to massively improve the productivity of our Revenue team, across Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success. This is an opportunity to build cutting-edge solutions using the latest AI and automation technologies and to work closely with the end users of the solutions you build.
What will you do?- Design, build, and implement AI-native automations.
- Leverage automation platforms such as n8n.
- Build custom software solutions where required.
- Integrate automations with key business systems such as CRMs, Customer Data Platforms, and Sales Engagement tools.
- Interface with Data Warehouses using tools such as dbt and reverse-ETL platforms.
What will you bring?- A track record of leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate manual workflows.
- Experience with Python and/or Javascript.
- Expertise with automation platforms such as n8n.
- Comprehensive knowledge of REST API architecture both as a user and builder of APIs.
- A can-do attitude and drive to build innovative, out-of-the-box solutions using technologies that you may be unfamiliar with.

- Understanding of the problems faced by Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams in a B2B context.
- Deep experience with n8n.
- Significant HubSpot experience.
