About the roleYou're joining a team building the automation and data infrastructure behind our GTM motion. As a GTM Engineer, you'll own systems across the full pipeline, acquiring and enriching data, building the signal and automation layer that feeds outreach, and driving pipeline for the entire GTM organization. This is a builder role for someone who likes solving problems with modern AI and automation tools, and who enjoys exploring new ones to find the right solution for each problem.
What you'll own- Build and run the outbound automation stack: signal-triggered outreach automation, automated lead handoff, and multi-channel orchestration across LinkedIn, email, and calls
- Work across the full pipeline: ICP and buying-signal data, enrichment, relevancy and urgency scoring
- Build internal tools that the whole GTM org can use
- Continuously test new tools and data sources to increase velocity
- Measure what you ship: meetings influenced, pipeline sourced, and hours saved
- Monitor how our automations perform: coverage, data freshness and deliverability.
Who you areYou made the transition into GTM engineering from a
demand generation, product management, or data role, and you now think in systems and pipelines. You're experienced with data and
SQL, comfortable wiring up and integrating
APIs, and you build with
Claude Code (or comparable agentic / LLM tooling) as a daily driver. You care about measurable outcomes and data-driven growth
Requirements- 2+ years in GTM engineering or GTM automation, whether formally titled GTM Engineer or in a role with equivalent responsibilities (building and running automated go-to-market processes).
- 2+ years in product management, demand generation, or data-focused work.
- Comfortable building with and integrating APIs.
- Daily, practical use of Claude Code or comparable agentic coding / LLM tooling.
- A track record of automating manual GTM work and shipping things that actually get used by a team.
Nice to have- Hands-on with SQL and working with data end-to-end
- Experience in cybersecurity, identity security, or another technical B2B category.
- Experience with signal / intent data and trigger-based outbound.
