What you'll doThe Director, Growth Strategy & Operations serves as a trusted operational leader and deputy to the VP of Strategy & Operations, helping drive the operating cadence, planning processes, and cross-functional execution for the organization. This individual is responsible for ensuring Growth-wide strategic initiatives move from planning to execution, creating operational rigor, driving accountability, and enabling leadership teams to make informed decisions quickly. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring exceptional program management, executive communication, analytical thinking, and organizational leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complex initiatives, and influences without formal authority.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Vice President, Strategy & Operations.
Responsibility- Partner with the VP of Strategy & Operations and functional Strategy & Operations leads to manage annual planning, OKR reviews, quarterly business reviews, and long-range planning processes
- Develop executive-ready materials, business reviews, strategic narratives, and decision frameworks
- Monitor progress against strategic priorities, identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for intervention
- Drive operational excellence across planning processes and organizational initiatives
- Own the day-to-day execution of company operating rhythms for Growth. Support Growth leadership meetings, business reviews, planning sessions, and offsites
- Oversee the Growth organization budget, ensuring functions optimize spend while achieving revenue targets
- Ensure action items, decisions, and commitments are communicated and completed
- Maintain visibility into organizational priorities and proactively escalate issues requiring executive attention
- Lead complex initiatives that span Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations
- Coordinate stakeholders, resolve cross-functional dependencies, and ensure programs deliver measurable business outcomes
- Build repeatable processes that improve execution, transparency, and accountability
- Synthesize data from multiple sources into concise recommendations for executive leadership
- Develop dashboards, status updates, and executive communications that enable informed decision-making
- Support Growth LT through the operational alignment across Growth Strategy & Operations teams
- Mentor and develop functional Strategy & Operations team members
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
- Serve as a trusted leader and proxy for the VP when appropriate
Job DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bringBasic- 12+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Finance, Chief of Staff, Program Management, or Management Consulting
- Experience leading planning processes, budget management, operating cadences, OKRs, and business reviews
- Experience building frameworks, business cases, and executive presentations
- Experience influencing senior leaders without direct authority
- Experience in project management with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Preferred- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide cross-functional initiatives
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and operational efficiency
- Exceptional executive communication skills, both written and verbal
Wage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $164,700.00 - $266,000.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for the following:
- Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
- Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
