The OpportunityWe're looking for a Group Manager, Business Operations & Execution to shape how work gets done across Integrated Customer Experience (ICX). This role sits at the center of ICX Strategy & Operations and is responsible for ensuring that priorities translate into clear decisions, strong execution, and measurable business outcomes. You will partner closely with the VP of ICX and senior leaders across Sales, Support, and cross-functional teams to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to ICX's most critical initiatives.
You will lead program managers and build the execution system for ICX. The system connects priorities, goals, achievements, and cross-functional work in a dedicated model. This role is accountable for how the operational approach functions across ICX-driving decision velocity, clarity, and outcomes-through both the coordination framework and the program management team it leads. It is not about owning individual programs, but ensuring the system-and team-delivers execution effectively at scale.
What You'll Do- Own and evolve the ICX execution system, connecting priorities, goals and achievements, and initiatives into a clear, scalable operating model
- Lead and develop a team of program managers, setting high standards for execution quality, clarity, and follow-through
- Establish and run the operating cadence, ensuring work moves from planning through to decisions and measurable outcomes
- Ensure goals and achievements are actively used to drive execution, tradeoffs, and decision-making-not just tracked
- Define and embed execution frameworks (ownership, decision rights, dependencies, success measures) that drive consistency and accountability
- Develop executive narratives and decision forums so discussions focus on priorities, tradeoffs, and actions-not status
- Partner across ICX and cross-functional teams to clarify ownership, surface dependencies, and remove blockers
- Maintain momentum across initiatives, ensuring work progresses with clarity and without stalls
- Translate planning into actionable execution-ensuring priorities are sequenced, measurable, and tied to outcomes
What You Need to Succeed- 8+ years in business operations, strategy & operations, or execution leadership roles in complex, cross-functional environments
- Experience leading teams (e.g., program managers, business operations roles) with a focus on raising execution standards and outcomes
- Strong experience building execution frameworks (objectives and results, operating cadence, decision models)-not just running programs
- Ability to drive alignment, decisions, and outcomes across collaborators without direct authority
- Proven track record improving execution clarity, speed, and accountability at scale
- Strong executive communication skills, including framing decisions and influencing senior leaders
- Structured problem solver who brings clarity and rigor to ambiguous, fast paced environments
- Demonstrated high ownership approach or equivalent experience, emphasizing action, accountability, and measurable outcomes
