Group Account Supervisor

Position Overview
  • Lead the day-to-day client relationship, ensuring agency work aligns with brand strategy, client objectives, and agreed-upon quality, budget, and timeline standards
  • Partner closely with Medical and Creative leadership to provide proactive strategic guidance and drive account growth
  • Maintain strong fiscal oversight, including scope management, staffing alignment, and budget accountability
  • Serve as a trusted client advisor, anticipating needs and identifying opportunities to deepen and expand the relationship
  • Mentor and develop Account team members through ongoing coaching, feedback, and structured professional development plans
  • Support a high-performance, collaborative team culture rooted in accountability and growth
  • Participate in local (tri-state) client travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive account management experience in medical communications, HCP promotion, or consumer advertising
  • Experience managing direct reports
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Master's degree in business or science preferred
  • Experience across multiple products, therapeutic categories, and client companies preferred

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000

BGB Group is headquartered in New York City, and the salary range listed reflects the expected base compensation for this role in the New York City metropolitan area. This position may be performed remotely within the United States. For candidates located outside the New York City area, compensation will be adjusted to reflect the applicable market for the employee's primary work location. Final compensation will be determined based on geographic location, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
