About the Role We are seeking an experienced Account Supervisor to lead the delivery of complex communications campaigns. You will oversee projects end-to-end, manage client relationships, and drive high-quality creative and strategic output while mentoring junior team members.
What you'll do: - Client Leadership & Project Delivery Lead day-to-day management of accounts, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at multiple levels
- Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities and risks Oversee large-scale integrated campaigns (film, digital, multi-channel)
- Creative & Strategic Direction Ensure all work meets the highest standards - on brief and impactful
- Shape and refine campaign strategy in collaboration with strategists Confidently present and discuss strategic and creative work with clients
- Push for innovation and continuous improvement in output Team Leadership & Development Mentor and support junior team members
- Foster strong collaboration across creative, strategy, and production teams
- Lead by example - driving energy, quality, and accountability across teams
- Commercial & Business Management Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation
- Prepare and review fee proposals and scope changes Identify growth opportunities and contribute to new business proposals
- Focus on measurable outcomes and campaign effectiveness
What you'll bring:- 5-8 years' experience in communications or a related field Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid understanding of commercial and operational processes
- Experience working on complex or government-related accounts is a plus
