DescriptionThe Grants Management Specialist oversees the full lifecycle of the grant process, ensuring compliance with NO nd CPO guidance.
Key Responsibilities:- Process research proposals, continuations, no-cost extensions, and renewals.
- Prepare and maintain official grant proposal files, grant award jackets, and comprehensive tracking databases for all grant actions.
- Advise program managers and sponsored program offices on proper proposal submission formats.
- Coordinate scientific review panels, which includes transcription of panel comments, setting up remote meeting spaces, handling non-disclosure agreements, and providing onsite panel support.
Required: - BS/BA in relevant fields
- Proven experience (> 5 years) in grants management (including workflows, tools, and tracking systems)
- Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:- Previous experience in a similar capacity
