Description
The Grants Management Specialist oversees the full lifecycle of the grant process, ensuring compliance with NO nd CPO guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process research proposals, continuations, no-cost extensions, and renewals.
  • Prepare and maintain official grant proposal files, grant award jackets, and comprehensive tracking databases for all grant actions.
  • Advise program managers and sponsored program offices on proper proposal submission formats.
  • Coordinate scientific review panels, which includes transcription of panel comments, setting up remote meeting spaces, handling non-disclosure agreements, and providing onsite panel support.

Required:
  • BS/BA in relevant fields
  • Proven experience (> 5 years) in grants management (including workflows, tools, and tracking systems)
  • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:
  • Previous experience in a similar capacity

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project), Google Workspace (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
