As a GTM Engineer at Prophix, you will sit at the intersection of strategy and technical execution - turning go-to-market ambitions into reliable, scalable systems that help our sales and marketing teams move faster and close more. You will partner closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing to design the infrastructure, automation, and data flows that power pipeline growth. Your work directly shapes how Prophix goes to market, making this a high-visibility role with meaningful, measurable impact across the business.
RequirementsWhat You Will Do- Design and build automated workflows that eliminate manual work across sales and marketing operations, freeing teams to focus on higher-value activity
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing to surface process gaps and deliver scalable technical solutions that improve how we execute across the funnel
- Build and manage data pipelines that keep information clean, consistent, and flowing accurately between systems and into reporting dashboards used by leadership and GTM teams
- Evaluate, implement, and integrate new tools and vendors into the GTM stack, owning the full lifecycle from scoping and selection through to deployment and enablement
- Improve seller productivity by building CRM workflows, playbook automations, and enablement tooling that reduce friction at every stage of the sales process
- Create and maintain clear documentation of technical configurations, integration logic, and system dependencies to preserve institutional knowledge and support team onboarding
