What your day-to-day will look like:Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for assigned client portfolios, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and client requirements
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and periodic forecasts for multiple properties, working closely with property management teams and clients to align financial projections with business objectives
• Conduct detailed variance analysis comparing actual performance to budget and forecast, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to stakeholders for improved decision-making
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Collaborate with property management teams, leasing professionals, and clients to resolve financial inquiries, explain variances, and provide strategic financial guidance on operational matters
• Maintain and enhance financial models and reporting templates to improve efficiency and accuracy while ensuring compliance with JLL standards and client specifications
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating financial performance and strategic recommendations to support client relationship management and business development efforts
Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 5-8 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably within real estate, property management, or related industry
• Strong proficiency in accounting principles (GAAP) and advanced Excel skills, with experience in financial modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas for data analysis and reporting
• Proven experience with financial reporting software and ERP systems, with preference for real estate management platforms such as Yardi, MRI, or similar property management systems
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and competing priorities while maintaining high attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate findings into clear, actionable business insights
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting financial information to diverse audiences including clients, senior management, and operational teams
• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or similar) or progress toward certification, demonstrating commitment to professional development and technical expertise
Preferred Qualifications:• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or Accounting with emphasis on real estate or corporate finance
• Previous experience in commercial real estate services, property management, or real estate investment management with understanding of industry-specific financial practices
• Familiarity with real estate financial concepts including CAM reconciliations, lease accounting, capital expenditure planning, and property valuation methodologies
• Experience with advanced financial planning and analysis tools such as Hyperion, Anaplan, or similar enterprise planning software
• Knowledge of real estate investment metrics and performance measurement including NOI, cap rates, IRR, and portfolio-level financial analysis
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement initiatives and system implementations that drive operational efficiency and enhance client service delivery
• Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor junior team members in financial analysis and reporting best practices

Estimated compensation for this position:110,000.00 - 125,000.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
