Full Job Description
You are looking for a strategic, scientifically rigorous, and collaborative Global Medical Lead to join our Medical Neurology Therapeutic and Disease Area Leadership team, based in our US Headquarters located near Atlanta, GA.

About the role

You will provide global medical and scientific leadership for regenerative neural cell therapy indications. You will shape and execute the global medical strategy, translate emerging science into value for patients and healthcare professionals, and help advance standards of care. As a senior subject matter expert, you will guide evidence generation, scientific communications, external engagement, and cross-functional decisions while ensuring medical quality, scientific accuracy, and alignment with asset priorities.

Who you'll work with

You will be a core medical partner across global leadership and cross-functional teams. You will collaborate with Discovery, Research, Clinical Development, Scientific Communications, benefit-risk, regulatory, regional, and local medical colleagues. Externally, you will build trusted scientific partnerships with thought leaders, investigators, and scientific societies to understand evolving treatment landscapes, identify care gaps, and bring meaningful insights into global strategy and execution.

Preferred requirements
  • Deep scientific expertise in epilepsy, neurology, or regenerative neural cell therapy.
  • Experience supporting clinical development plans and integrated evidence-generation strategies.
  • Established relationships with global thought leaders, investigators, or scientific societies.
  • Experience with investigator-initiated studies, compassionate use, or health-authority submissions.
  • Background supporting benefit-risk, risk-management, controlled-access, or mitigation programs.
  • Excellent scientific communication skills across global, regional, and external audiences.


Salary

The reasonably anticipated salary range for this position is $184,000 to $241,500 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
