What You'll Do - Set the global IT strategy, governance, and technology roadmap
- Rationalize and standardize systems, infrastructure, and vendors across regions
- Build the company's cybersecurity strategy and risk/compliance posture from the ground up
- Develop and lead the company's data and AI strategy
- Serve as senior technology advisor to the Executive Leadership Team
- Build the internal IT team and capability over time
What We're Looking For - Proven leadership in IT strategy, enterprise systems, and digital transformation
- Experience building or modernizing an IT function at a growing international company
- Strong background in cybersecurity, cloud, enterprise architecture, and compliance
- Experience shaping data/AI strategy with practical business impact
- Comfortable operating as both strategist and hands-on builder
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
