Duties:- Managing the global consolidation and review of monthly financial statements for all entities
- Construction of monthly MD&A memo reporting on financial results and variances relative to budget
- Review and consolidation of monthly reported data from all entities such as incoming order detail, backlog, capex, intercompany balances, and headcount, among others
- Oversee and administer annual and semi-annual global budgeting processes
- Assisting Global Controller with annual audit and
- Ad Hoc reporting, financial analyses, and presentations as needed for management, lenders, and investors
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is required
- CPA desired, but not required
- Ten years of related experience
- Must be available to work on site
- Excellent Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
- Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintain a view of the big picture
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Other duties as assigned
