Join our Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions Total Rewards team as the BEWS Compensation Partner. In this role, you will shape the future of compensation for the enterprise business segment, leading the last leg of harmonizing compensation related programs with the broader Ericsson Group. You'll create innovative, fair, and competitive compensation strategies that balance market realities with organizational goals, ensuring our people feel valued and rewarded. Your work will directly influence business success, foster employee engagement, and deliver scalable solutions that thrive in a complex, global, and matrixed environment. What you will do: • Design & Strategy: Lead the creation and deployment of compensation frameworks, policies, and guidelines tailored to both legacy and acquired employee populations. • Harmonization Leadership: Oversee the compensation harmonization process, balancing organizational equity with enterprise talent needs and Ericsson Group needs. • Stakeholder Partnership: Partner closely with business unit leaders, People Business Partners, and executive teams to align compensation strategies with business objectives. • Performance Measurement: Define and track KPIs/OKRs to measure the effectiveness of compensation strategies and frameworks. • Supplier Management: Select and manage external partners, consultants, and vendors to support compensation initiatives. • Change Management & Communications: Develop and execute communication strategies to ensure transparency and stakeholder alignment during transitions. • Compliance & Industry Insight: Remain current on compensation trends, legal requirements, and industry best practices to maintain competitive advantage and compliance. • Business Influence: Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership, influencing key decisions through storytelling and evidence-based insights. Your Pay The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience. Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.
