Vous serez responsable de la mise en service de multiples nouveaux programmes moteurs stratégiques, en travaillant de manière autonome directement avec les manufacturiers, avec les services de l'ingénierie, du marketing, des opérations ainsi qu'avec plusieurs équipes internationales pour offrir une expérience de classe mondiale à nos clients. Cela nécessitera une forte capacité à diriger par influence, à trouver des solutions et à susciter des consensus entre plusieurs parties prenantes, tout en mettant à l'avant plan l'expérience-client.
  • Diriger les activités de mise-en-service de nos nouveaux moteurs avec les équipes de programmes, les différentes disciplines du service à la clientèle, tel que : les centres de services, les équipes mobiles de réparation, les centres de distribution de pièces de rechange, les moteurs de location, l'outillage, les services commerciaux, les programmes de garantie, les publications techniques, les technologies digitales, les services de diagnostics moteurs, les équipes responsables de la fiabilité des produits.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les services de l'ingénierie, du marketing, du développement des affaires et du service à la clientèle pour définir, suivre et influencer les requis et livrables des nouveaux programmes moteurs.
  • Gérer les risques liés aux programmes en les cernant, évaluant, atténuant et en établissant des rapports au sein de l'équipe des programmes.
  • Gérer les budgets de mise-en-service et préparer de plan d'affaires.
  • Collaborer avec les manufacturiers (OEM), les partenaires et les fournisseurs de service, ce qui requiert un haut degré de tact et diplomatie.
  • Diriger des activités novatrices pour élever le niveau d'excellence de nos produits, de nos services et de l'expérience client.
  • Utiliser les méthodes CORE pour optimiser nos processus et introduire les meilleures pratiques dans nos nouveaux programmes moteurs.
  • Maximiser l'utilisation des technologies numériques pour gérer les performances moteurs de la flotte et ainsi offrir aux clients des services personnalisés et proactifs.
  • Effectuer des simulations pour mesurer l'efficacité des processus de support et de service.
  • Préparer des rapports et présentations d'avancement à l'intention des cadres supérieurs.
  • Maintenir des communications efficaces avec tous les niveaux de direction, avec les membres des équipes multidisciplinaires.

Job description: Entry-into-Service Program Manager

What will your day-to-day look like?

You'll be responsible for leading the entire entry-into-service of a strategic program, for 2 aircraft installations, with substantial program management tasks with limited supervision, working directly with the aircraft OEM, Customer Program teams, Customer Service subject matter experts, Engineering, Marketing, OPM and with multiple international teams to deliver a world-class experience for our customer base. It will require a strong ability to lead by influence, find solutions, drive consensus between multiple stakeholders and report out to the P&WC executive team regularly.
  • Lead Entry-into-Service program governance and drive activities with program teams and multiple aftermarket disciplines that could include MRO facilities, service centers, mobile repair teams, part distribution, rental engines, tooling, technical publications, commercial services, warranty, technical publications, digital technologies, product performance, advanced engine health management.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, business development, customer service subject matter experts and strategy owners to define, monitor, track, and influence new engine programs deliverables.
  • Manage program risks by identifying, evaluating, mitigating and reporting within the programs team.
  • Manage Entry-into-Service Budget requirements and prepare business cases.
  • Interface directly with partners, suppliers and customers, which requires a high degree of tact and courtesy.
  • Lead innovative activities to change the game in product and service experience
  • Use CORE methods to define efficient and standardized best practices for future product EIS.
  • Define and incorporate lessons learned and best practices into all EIS Programs.
  • Conduct simulation events to identify system gaps and to develop necessary mitigation.
  • Maintain effective communications with key stakeholders, multidisciplinary and global team members. Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.


This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site.
