Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a growth strategy for the portfolio of current clients and prospects
  • Identify, qualify, and cultivate equipment financing opportunities with commercial clients
  • Deepen existing relationships and increase penetration within strategic accounts
  • Structure and negotiate tailored equipment financing solutions (leasing and loans)
  • Manage end-to-end transactions, including financial analysis, structuring, credit approvals, and funding
  • Act as the primary contact for equipment financing within client relationships
  • Collaborate closely with Credit, Risk Management, Operations, and Legal Services teams for a seamless client experience
  • Maintain rigorous management of the pipeline, forecasts, and achievement of objectives

Relevant du Directeur régional des ventes, le Gestionnaire de Comptes, Montérégie et Estrie est responsable de l'élaboration et de l'exécution d'une stratégie de croissance du portefeuille existant de clients et de prospects se situant en Montérégie et en Estrie.

Le titulaire agit également comme partenaire stratégique spécialisé auprès de l'équipe des Centres bancaires commerciaux, contribuant activement au positionnement de FETD auprès de la clientèle.

RESPONSABILITÉS CLÉS
• Développer et exécuter une stratégie de croissance du portefeuille actuel de clients et de prospects
• Identifier, qualifier et développer des opportunités de financement d'équipement auprès de clients commerciaux.
• Approfondir les relations existantes et accroître la pénétration au sein des comptes stratégiques
• Structurer et négocier des solutions de financement d'équipement (crédit-bail et prêts) adaptées aux besoins spécifiques des clients
• Gérer les transactions de bout en bout, incluant l'analyse financière, la structuration, les approbations de crédit et le financement
• Agir comme point de contact principal pour le financement d'équipement au sein des relations clients
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de Crédit, Gestion des risques, Opérations et Services juridiques afin d'offrir une expérience client fluide et intégrée
• Maintenir une gestion rigoureuse du pipeline, des prévisions et de l'atteinte des objectifs

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
• Baccalauréat en commerce, finance ou domaine connexe
• 4 ans d'expérience pertinente en financement

Commercial ou financement d'équipement
• Habiletés supérieures en développement des affaires
• Connaissance de la comptabilité financière et de la fiscalité
• Solides capacités d'analyse financière, de négociation et d'influence
• Capacité démontrée à exceller dans un milieu de travail dynamique, collaboratif et axé sur le travail d'équipe
• Orientation résultats et fort sens des relations d'affaires
• Bilinguisme français et anglais

Compétences privilégiées :
• Détenir l'un des titres suivants : CFA, CA, CMA ou MBA - programme de finance
• Connaissance de la comptabilité financière et de la fiscalité
