Responsabilités du poste

Gestion des relations client
  • Soutenir le développement de relations solides avec les principaux intervenants chez les clients ainsi qu'avec les professionnels techniques afin d'assurer la qualité des solutions livrées et la santé globale des services.
  • Collaborer avec les autres responsables de comptes et tirer parti des conseils de collègues plus expérimentés pour favoriser le succès des clients.
Leadership en réussite client, stratégie client et croissance
  • Écouter et comprendre les échanges avec les clients afin d'aligner leurs objectifs sur le portefeuille actuel de solutions et de services Microsoft.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe de compte pour harmoniser les plans de réussite client (Customer Success Plans - CSP) avec les priorités du plan de compte et développer des initiatives et programmes de travail pouvant être réalisés.
Leadership en réussite client, gestion des livraisons et des programmes
  • Soutenir la planification des programmes, les revues de programme avec les clients, la priorisation des engagements et la collaboration avec les principaux intervenants techniques.
  • Contribuer à l'atteinte des résultats convenus avec les clients et des priorités du compte afin d'assurer un succès client continu.
Adoption et réalisation de la valeur
  • Initier des discussions avec les clients pour faire le lien entre leurs objectifs d'affaires et le portefeuille actuel de solutions Microsoft.
  • Adopter la stratégie organisationnelle de réussite client et veiller à ce que les technologies et services Microsoft soient alignés sur les objectifs du client.

Exigences du poste

Qualifications requises:

  • Maîtrise en administration des affaires, en sociologie, en psychologie, en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe, combinée à au moins trois années d'expérience en réussite client, en livraison de solutions, en gestion de pratique, en consultation auprès de la clientèle ou en gestion de portefeuille; ou baccalauréat dans l'un de ces domaines combiné à au moins quatre années d'expérience pertinente; une expérience équivalente.

Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management: You will support foundational relationships with key customer stakeholders and technical professionals to enable quality solution delivery and health using partnerships with other account team leaders and with guidance from more experienced colleagues.

Customer Success Leadership and Customer Strategy and Growth: You will listen to conversations with customers and begins to align objectives with the current Microsoft portfolio of work in the customer account.

You will align with the account team to link Customer Success Plans (CSPs) with account plan priorities and develop bookable programs of work.

Customer Success leadership - Delivery and program Management: You will support the delivery of program planning and customer-facing program reviews, prioritization of engagements, and engagement with key technical stakeholders to address agreed-upon customer outcomes and account priorities to deliver ongoing customer success.

You will initiate conversations with customers to connect customer objectives and the current Microsoft portfolio of work in the customer account. Adopts the organizational and customer success strategy and ensure you align Microsoft technology and services with the customer goals and objectives.

You will meet consumption milestones as you track adoption and usage of Microsoft products and services, work with customers to identify areas where adoption could be improved and takes action to drive usage while you develop and leverage an understanding of retention and churn in their customer portfolio to begin identifying potential opportunities where retention may become an issue.
