General Sales Manager:
ABC57 in South Bend, Indiana, is seeking a dynamic and results driven General Sales Manager to increase market share and drive revenue while fostering a culture of success.
About the Role
• Lead and inspire our sales team to expand market share and drive sustained revenue growth
• Foster a culture through mentorship, strategic leadership, and accountability
• Serve as an innovative and proven sales leader with strong negotiation and client engagement skills
• Balance strategic planning with hands on execution to maximize station revenue
What You'll Do
• Generate new business and develop strategic sales opportunities
• Manage inventory and pricing strategies
• Develop accurate revenue forecasts to meet and exceed budget goals
• Recruit, train, and develop top sales talent
• Perform additional duties as assigned
What You'll Need
• Minimum of 5 years of broadcast sales management experience
• Mastery of Microsoft Office, Wide Orbit, and Nielsen
• Proven ability to grow revenue, exceed sales targets, and manage inventory
• Strong leadership experience in recruiting and developing sales talent
