Provide continual flow of station and community information to all AE 's, sales representatives, and national agencies.
Minimum of (6) years sales experience with at least (4) years sales management experience within a broadcast environment.
Proven ability to work effectively with management to establish acceptable sales budgets; meet revenue goals and objectives as a result of an effectively coordinated, organized and well-executed sales team effort.
Proven ability to develop systems procedures to regularly monitor and evaluate progress.
Proven ability to coach and supervise staff, including-but not limited to, organizing, delegating, training, interviewing and motivating others to produce at their maximum potential.
Proven ability to monitor modify current sales strategies to ensure viability in a constantly changing marketplace.
Knowledge and experience in the use of Tapscan, Marketron, ShareBuilder CRM and Pricing Tools, Zoom Info, Media Monitors and other sales programs.
