  • Develop staff through coaching, accountability, and disciplinary practices.
  • Delegate tasks to accomplish day-to-day duties while embracing a "hands-on" philosophy.
  • Facilitate business relationships with property owners, vendors, and independent contractors.
  • Utilize metric-based reporting to help operational teams maintain, manage, and organize daily tasks.
  • Resolve escalated guest and property owner situations.
  • Analyze financial information and plan and facilitate purchases.
  • Audit maintenance and cleanliness of properties.
  • Acquire new properties within the local territory.
  • Serve as the emergency call point of contact.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager, Sales Account Manager, or Director of Finance in the short-term rental industry.
  • Property management experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some holidays and weekends.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365.

  • Physical demands: Sitting - 20%, Walking/Standing - 80%
