What You Bring:
Leadership Experience: 3+ years' experience leading teams in a fast-paced restaurant.
Guest Focus and Obsession: Passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
Operational Know-How: Strong understanding of food safety, inventory, P+L and labor practices.
People Skills: Excellent communicator who builds trust with teams and guests. Develop team members to build our bench and reach their full potential.
Problem-Solver: Quick thinker who solves challenges with ease.
