Full Job Description
Position Overview:
The Multi-Unit General Manager is critical to the success of Fooda's complex, multi-location operation. This person is responsible for leading foodservice operations across multiple sites within a 24/7 client environment while meeting and exceeding operational and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs.
This is not a traditional single-unit café management role. The Multi-Unit General Manager will oversee multiple service models, including indoor popup and catering programs and outdoor food truck operations. This role requires an experienced, client-facing leader with strong logistical, technical, financial, and people-management capabilities.
The ideal candidate has experience leading multi-unit foodservice, hospitality, logistics, distribution, facilities, last-mile delivery, or a similarly complex service operation. Foodservice experience is strongly preferred, but candidates with substantial logistics or comparable high-volume service experience will also be considered.
This role supports a 24/7 operation and requires schedule flexibility, including occasional nights, weekends, and holidays.

What You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple sites, including indoor popup and catering programs and outdoor food truck locations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level escalations involving the client, restaurant partners, vendors, and on-site teams
  • Act as the bridge between Fooda's senior leadership and site management, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and consistent execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, customers, restaurant partners, vendors, and service providers
  • Coordinate and lead weekly or biweekly client calls, including reviewing performance, addressing concerns, and tracking follow-up items
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to strengthen client relationships and support short- and long-term customer success
  • Provide overall direction, planning, and operational leadership for all assigned sites
  • Hold weekly meetings with Program Managers and Supervisors to assess account performance, resolve challenges, and establish priorities
  • Assist Program Managers with monthly vendor scheduling and the coordination of restaurant, catering, food truck, and delivery partners
  • Support Program Managers in leading salaried Supervisors and hourly employees across multiple locations and shifts
  • Recruit, coach, and develop managers, supervisors, and hourly employees while establishing clear performance expectations and accountability
  • Develop, implement, and enforce company and site-specific standard operating procedures that support safe, consistent, and efficient operations
  • Coordinate complex logistics involving vendor schedules, deliveries, staffing, site access, staging areas, service windows, and multiple points of service
  • Develop contingency plans and make timely decisions when deliveries, staffing, weather, site access, or operating conditions change
  • Oversee financial and accounting responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, inventory, labor management, reporting, invoice accuracy, and P&L performance
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of financial and operational information into Fooda's internal systems
  • Use Fooda technology and other operational platforms to manage schedules, monitor performance, complete reporting, and communicate across teams
  • Enforce all Fooda, client, government, and agency requirements related to food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and health
  • Maintain a visible leadership presence throughout the operation and respond to business needs across different locations and shifts
  • Work comfortably in an active, construction-adjacent or industrial campus environment while following all client access and safety requirements
  • Travel regularly between assigned service locations and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Maintain a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel between assigned locations
What We'll Hook You Up With:
  • Competitive market salary, annual bonus, and stock options based on experience and eligibility
  • Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate
  • A travel allowance, stipend, or mileage reimbursement may be available based on territory size, business travel requirements, and company policy
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans
  • 401k retirement plan with company match
  • Paid maternity and parental leave benefits
  • Flexible spending accounts
  • Company-issued laptop
  • Daily subsidized lunch program (ours!)
  • A fulfilling, challenging adventure of a work experience
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. No recruiters, please.

The salary range for this role is between $80,000 and $130,000 and is dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to relevant work experience, leadership scope, training, location, and skills.
