Position Overview:The Multi Unit General Manager position is critical to the success of a multi-unit Fooda location. This person is responsible for foodservice operations as well as meeting and exceeding operating and financial goals, client objectives and customer needs of multi-unit location.
What You Will Be Responsible For:- Lead daily operations of a multi-unit, campus type food service location to ensure the "Service Experience" of Fooda is consistently offered to all customers
- Manage annual assigned budget and maintain costs as it relates to food, beverage, and labor
- Establish and maintain effective client and customer rapport and relationships
- Manage both exempt and non-exempt employees at the assigned location
- Ensure all the units comply with government and agency standards, including but not limited to those relating to safety and health
- Complete required reports including inventory, cash reports, etc.
- Conduct inventory management to align with P&L accountability
- Oversee weekly accounting responsibilities and accurate entry into internal Fooda systems
- Perform quarterly QBRs to develop relationship with client and ensure both long term and short term customer success

The salary range for this role is between $85,000- $90,000 and is dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to work experience, training, location, and skills.
