Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise all hotel departments including front desk, kitchen, housekeeping, and maintenance with clear objectives
  • Plan and allocate tasks to ensure efficient daily operations and a smooth workflow
  • Manage budgets, monitor sales and profits, and analyze financial reports
  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote hotel services
  • Engage with customers by welcoming them, resolving complaints, and providing information
  • Handle maintenance, staffing, equipment shortages, and oversee renovations
  • Collaborate with external partners such as suppliers, travel agencies, and event planners
  • Regularly inspect facilities and enforce strict health and safety standards
