General Manager : Lead a Premier Dining and Hospitality Operation
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead all aspects of a high-profile dining services operation. This is an exceptional opportunity for a hospitality leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence.
As General Manager, you will oversee the financial performance, culinary quality, client partnerships, and day-to-day operations of the account. You will serve as the primary liaison with the client while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and service excellence. The ideal candidate is a strategic business leader with a strong background in food service, catering, team development, and financial management.
What You'll Do
Leadership & Team Development
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop a team of managers and frontline associates.
  • Foster a culture focused on engagement, accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead employee meetings, training initiatives, performance reviews, and succession planning efforts.

Client & Guest Experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and key stakeholders.

  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the client.

Financial & Business Management
  • Direct all financial aspects of the operation, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and financial reporting.
  • Analyze operational and financial performance metrics to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute business strategies that improve profitability while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • Manage purchasing, inventory controls, and cost containment initiatives.

Operational Excellence
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, safety, sanitation, and presentation.
  • Partner with culinary leadership to develop menus that drive guest satisfaction and operational success.
  • Oversee catering operations and large-scale events to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain compliance with HACCP, health department regulations, and food safety protocols.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive food service, hospitality, or Catering dining services experience, including at least 5-6 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong Corporate Catering Management experience is required
  • Demonstrated success managing large teams and complex operations.
  • Proven experience overseeing budgets, P&L performance, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Experience with hiring, coaching, performance management, and talent development.
  • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and business acumen.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Culinary Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Experience in upscale dining/catering, corporate dining, or luxury hospitality environments.
  • Knowledge of food purchasing, inventory management, and labor management systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • ServSafe Certification and/or equivalent food safety certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP standards and food safety regulations.
