Job Summary:

The General Manager is the strategic and operational leader of Castaway Burbank, responsible for driving excellence across all front-of-house operations, banquet operations, ensuring financial performance, and cultivating a culture of hospitality that aligns with our elevated brand standards. This role requires a dynamic, polished operator who thrives in a high-volume, upscale dining environment and leads with vision, empowerment, and operational precision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining high-quality food, service, and ambiance.
  • Lead and manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a motivated and effective team.
