Job Summary:

This hands-on role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in event execution, exceptional guest service, banquet service, training, employee management, scheduling, SOP creation, and proficiency various software platforms.

This person is also responsible for mentoring and coaching the team to consistently deliver a 5-Star experience. He/She is responsible for being an innovator in our industry, meeting financial goals, and for continuously refining guest experience and company culture.

From luxury weddings and corporate events to private dining experiences and large-scale celebrations, our events team delivers elevated service with attention to detail, professionalism, and hospitality at the forefront.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and oversee all banquet and event operations from setup to breakdown
  • Manage, coach, and develop banquet captains, servers, bartenders, and support staff
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences and seamless event execution
  • Partner closely with culinary, sales, and operations teams to execute weddings, corporate functions, and special events
  • Maintain service standards, presentation, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
  • Manage staffing levels, scheduling, labor costs, and payroll accuracy
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings and provide clear direction to event teams
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service standards
  • Support continuous improvement in service standards and team culture
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of banquet or event management experience in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, catering, or event venue
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing large-scale events and high guest counts
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of banquet service standards, food & beverage operations, and labor management
  • POS and scheduling software experience preferred

Compensation

$80,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience
