We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on
General Manager to lead our team, drive operations, and deliver an exceptional guest experience every day.
Position Summary The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including team leadership, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and maintaining Bear Flag's high standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work culture
- Oversee daily operations including FOH and BOH coordination
- Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve customer concerns
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, and inventory
- Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Drive sales and profitability through strong operational practices
- Collaborate with ownership on business goals and growth strategies
Qualifications- 3+ years of restaurant management experience (GM or AGM level preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High energy with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record in driving sales and managing costs
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Seafood knowledge

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
