Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a dynamic General Manager 3 to lead food and environmental services operations at Kaiser Permanente in Roseville, CA. What You'll Do

  • Lead and oversee daily food and/or environmental services operations within a healthcare setting, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Develop, coach, and engage a diverse frontline and management team to deliver exceptional service
  • Partner closely with client stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and patient, guest, and employee satisfaction
