Responsibilities: - Manage a caseload of general liability matters from inception to resolution
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis of laws and regulations
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trials
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts
Requirements: - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state
- 3+ years of experience in general liability defense
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
