Job DescriptionCivil Litigation AttorneyWe are seeking a highly skilled Civil Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. As a Civil Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in various civil litigation matters.
Responsibilities: - Manage all phases of the litigation process from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal
- Conduct legal research and provide advice on civil law matters
- Appear in court on behalf of clients and present arguments effectively
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal team members on complex cases
Requirements: - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing
- Proven experience in civil litigation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and research abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
