Job Title: Salesforce - Developer

You are a Salesforce Developer with experience solving complex problems on the Salesforce platform. As a Salesforce developer you have knowledge of the technical domains of Salesforce including the various cloud platforms, programmatic development, declarative solutioning and integrations. You are passionate about building hands-on technical implementations. You are a self-driven individual with a "get it done" attitude and a passion to solve complex business and technology problems.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that bestleveragethe Salesforce platform and products
• Participate in technical design sessions; develop technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives
• Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
• Utilize AI-driven accelerated engineering framework todeliverhigh productivity during project implementations
• Develop custom solutions and interfaces on top of the Salesforce platform
• Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery
• Follow coding standards andparticipatein code reviews during projects to ensureappropriate designpatterns are followed
• Provide estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks
• Absorb new product and technical capabilities from Salesforce during new product releases and acquisitions

Qualifications:

• 3+ years Salesforce platform experience

• Proven ability to develop andoptimizeintegrated business processes across disparate systems
• Understanding of the Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,ExperienceCloudand common AppExchange solutions
• Development experience using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, integrations, and other programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform (Add LWC, JavaScript and Salesforce Flows soften experience)
• Configuration experience using the Salesforce point-and-click application interface
• Ability to perform automated testing and write unit tests
• Understanding of E2E lifecycle of Salesforce development collaborating with multiple engineers
• Knowledge of and experience using AI-enabled engineering approaches for enhancing Salesforce platform implementation
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Metadata, etc.)
• Front-end development experience with Lightning Web Components
• Knowledge of integrations, 3rd party integration tools, ETL with Salesforce
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, databasedesignand software development lifecycle
• Experience in Agile Methodology
• Experience and exposure in Einstein and Salesforce AI product capabilities
• Experience in CI/CD Salesforce services and processes
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally either on a team or as an individual contributor
• Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
• Excellent client-facing written, presentation and verbal communications skills

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges:

East Bay, San Francisco, Silicon Valley:

Consultant: $126,000-$154,000

Senior Consultant: $154,000-$189,000

San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, Seattle, Boston, Houston, New Jersey, New York City, Washington DC, Westchester:

Consultant: $115,000-$141,000

Senior Consultant: $141,000-$173,000

All other locations:

Consultant: $106,000-$129,000

Senior Consultant: $130,000-$159,000

In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
