Who You'll Work WithThis role reports to the West Region Capability Leader.
What You'll DoThis role connects country-wide Transformation Capability strategy with region needs, acting as subject matter expert and thought leader at external events, and collaborates with industry partners to identify opportunities. This individual is a leader within the Transformation Capability GTM team in the Mountain West Market, contributes to delivery in billable roles, and collaborates with leadership to achieve revenue targets and address capability challenges.
The Transformation Capability encompasses a range of offerings including, but not limited to:
- Transformation Leadership, Strategy and Architecture
- Workforce Modernization
- Talent Optimization
- Change Acceleration
- HR Transformation
- Org and Op Model Design
- Operational Improvement (BPO, Lean, Six Sigma)
Go To Market Approach
- Shares lessons learned, cross-applies best practices, and embraces region-wide activation efforts.
- Creates demand for oneself and team by proactively seeking out speaking opportunities within the Mountain West Market and broader West Region as the Transformation Capability SME and thought leader at external conferences and events to generate net-new opportunities. Identifies and works with Marketing and Operations to plan Slalom-led thought leadership events, in context of the Transformation Capability and related Client Outcomes.
- Works to proactively ignite awareness and generate demand for the Transformation Capability and related client outcomes in the Mountain West Market and West Region. Participates in Campaigns, RFIs, RFPs, workshops and POCs to ignite specific opportunities. Researches client portfolio needs and adjusts focus to topics of resonance. Focuses on building client relationships at target and active client portfolio.
Business Development & Sales
Partners with Industry aligned client partners and sales executives to identify and pursue potential opportunities related to Transformation. Individually acts as a Solution Lead or SME in pursuit process, identifying appropriate SME from broader capability team as needed. Focuses on specific Customers aligned to Mountain West Market and West Region strategy. Participates in multi-capability solutioning and client outcome based selling motions with GTM team.
Resource Pipeline
Participates in Mountain West Market and West Region specific and Transformation Capability specific rhythm of business for hiring, staffing, workforce planning; participates in planning process for Mountain West Market dedicated Capability pool.
People Connection
Integrates and aligns the Mountain West Market GTM Transformation Capability team on common approaches, focus and encourages sharing of lessons learned.
Acts as point of escalation for Mountain West Market GTM Transformation Capability Leads.
Delivery Management (Quality & Client Management)
Contributes to delivery via billable roles as Delivery Solution Lead and/or in SME roles within Mountain West Market's portfolio, with specific utilization target defined by level.
Financial Management
Works with Mountain West Market's GTM team and broader Transformation leadership to create Transformation specific growth and cost projections. Works to achieve forecast against revenue, and works with Mountain West Market GTM leadership to identify when a Capability is unhealthy at Market level and agree to escalation of dedicated team members to next geo tier for staffing.

Additional
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time. This role will require time in a Slalom office, at client site and ability to work remote, candidates should be comfortable with a hybrid work environment, prioritizing client facing needs as appropriate.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for Senior Principal is $162,000 to $203,000 and Director is $206,000 to $257,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time. We will accept applicants until August 31st, or until the position is filled.
